PRR 4149, L-1S, c. 1945         
Here is a photo of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4149, an L-1S (2-8-2) "Mikado" built in Juniata during September of 1915 and retired in September of 1950 after 35 years of faithful service. Note the Fireman on the tender's deck, refilling the reservoir. "Fill 'er up, Mack!" The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. Gary Mittner Collection.
