matthew kestel General i have a buddy that used to work for the IC&E and i asked him one day what type of engines they used he said most of their fleet was condemned and the DM&E just fixed them up. So his crew said they called them FBD (Fixed By Paint) Engines. 1/29/2008 9:38:41 PM
